Future Medical Forum
Corpus Christi, TX, June 24, 2008 -- CSMG Technologies,
Inc., (OTCBB: CTGI
- News),
a technology management company, announced Mr. Frank
D'Amelio, President of Live Tissue Connect (LTC), a
subsidiary of CSMG Technologies, presented at the 2008
Virtus International Future Medical Forum in Tampa,
Florida. This medical forum focuses on the impact new
technologies and materials have on the discovery, development,
and design of medical devices. The Future Medical Forum
is a significant medical device event, as it brings
together some of the leading minds and decision makers
in the medical device industry for a two day conference.
Mr. Donald S. Robbins, President and CEO of CSMG Technologies,
said, "We are pleased that LTC's President,
Frank D'Amelio, has been invited back to the Future
Medical Forum for a second consecutive year. Since last
year, Live Tissue Connect has made significant technological
advancements and is excited to introduce them to the
world's leading medical organizations and ancillary
support companies."
Live Tissue Connect's President, Frank D'Amelio commented,
"Our presentation titled 'Tissue Fusion and Tissue
Welding, a Replacement for Sutures and Staples?' was
well received. LTC presented our recent clinical results
and advances in the bipolar welding of tissue. We also
compared LTC's welding results against those achieved
by mechanical staples. LTC's continuous weld, non-foreign
body technology has obtained high-quality clinical results
in a recent animal study, and such is of great interest
as an alternative to sutures and mechanical staples."
CSMG owns the technology and exclusive world rights
to the live tissue bonding device through Live Tissue
Connect, Inc., a subsidiary corporation formed for the
development and exploitation of the platform technology.
About Live Tissue Connect
LTC's surgical tissue bonding / welding device is a

or glues. LTC currently holds a total of approximately
31 patents in the U.S., Australia, Canada, European
Union, Ukraine and other countries.
