CSMG Technologies Announces Frank D'Amelio to Become President and Board Member of its Subsidiary Live Tissue Connect, Inc.

Corpus Christi, TX, January 16, 2008 -- CSMG Technologies, Inc., (OTCBB: CTUM - News), a technology management company, announced that its subsidiary, Live Tissue Connect (“LTC”), has hired a President and named that person to the Board of Directors.

Don Robbins, President and CEO of CSMG Technologies, said, “We are very pleased Frank has agreed to join LTC as its President and a member of the board to lead the Company into the era of marketing, manufacturing and distribution. Frank has demonstrated superb leadership while working through a comprehensive commercialization plan. Having received the CE Mark approval on our electrosurgery generator and with commercial manufacturing of these instruments and generator in-process, we hope to enter the European markets toward the end of this quarter or early next quarter.”

Mr. D’Amelio was the former Chief Technology Officer for Gyrus Group PLC; Chief Manufacturing Officer for ACMI Corporation and General Manager for Circon Corporation. He also has extensive M&A, strategic alliance and distribution experience.
